It started with one trainer and one notebook.
We worked with dozens of trainers and saw the same pattern: hours in Excel, clients spread across WhatsApp, Notes, and three apps, invoices typed by hand.
Instead of another "all-in-one" giant we decided to build a tool that does three things excellently: programming workouts, managing clients, and getting paid. Everything else is supporting cast.
We're based in Prague. We work remote. We build slowly – because software a small business depends on deserves care.
Good software lets the trainer be a trainer – not an accountant.

We test every feature with real trainers. If it doesn't save time or help retain clients, we don't ship it.
We're early, and the team is growing gradually — we'll publish profiles and names of the people behind PocketCoach as that becomes relevant.
